Many times balloon tips bother windows a lot they get tired of those tips.
Lets completely disable that feature in windows.
Instructions:
- Click Start
- Click Run
- Type regedit
- Click Ok
- In left panel expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER
- Expand Software
- Expand Microsoft
- Expand Windows
- Expand Current Version
- Expand Explorer
- Click Advanced
- In right panel click EnableBalloonTips
- Right click on it ant modify it
- Change its value to 00000000
